USD can provide you with a Medical Review Officer for all of your confirmation needs.
If you have any questions about an instant drug screen, our MRO services can help you find answers. If a test result is questionable, our MROs will contact the donor. If there is proof of a prescription drug, the MRO can report the result as negative. MROs help resolve any questions and and can assist you if any test results are challenged in court.
Our MROs are Board Certified Health Directors with experience in complying with DOT and drug-free workplace programs, and they are Board Certified Members of the American Association of Medical Review Officers.
